Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout all stages of their transformation projects — from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions.As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to be part of Nexeo:An international environment (offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada)More than 450 employeesOver 20% growth each yearWe are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Expert – SEO/GEO Content & Tech to support one of our clients in driving digital marketing growth, SEO/GEO strategy, and content optimization across internal and external platforms.Your ResponsibilitiesSEO/GEO Strategy & ExecutionDefine and implement SEO/GEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.Manage SEO/GEO campaigns, including keyword/prompt research, content optimization, and link-building.Translate complex technical SEO/GEO requirements into clear, actionable user stories for IT teams.Create and deploy content strategies across multiple squads, including managing a centralized content calendar.Performance Monitoring & ReportingMonitor SEO/GEO performance and provide regular reporting using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.Ensure compliance with SEO/GEO best practices and industry regulations.Continuously identify areas for improvement and optimization in digital campaigns.Collaboration & TrainingCollaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure SEO/GEO integration throughout the digital ecosystem.Train internal teams on SEO/GEO best practices and share-of-voice strategy.Act as a key liaison between business and IT stakeholders for digital marketing projects.Your ProfileExperience & KnowledgeMinimum 7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, SEO/GEO, or related fields.Strong understanding of SEO/GEO principles, algorithms, ranking factors, and web analytics.Proficiency with SEO/GEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.Experience with Adobe Analytics, Content Square, Figma, and MS Office.Experience with Agile project management methodologies.Knowledge of banking operations or financial products is an asset.Strong experience in digital transformation projects is a plus.Soft SkillsAnalytical mind and strategic thinking (helicopter view).Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Structured, quality-minded, and detail-oriented.Problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex digital marketing environments.Leadership, autonomy, and openness to change.Education & LanguagesBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Fluent in Dutch or French (both preferred) and English.Why Join UsJoin Nexeo Belgium and take part in driving high-impact digital marketing and transformation initiatives within a collaborative and international environment.Contribute directly to business growth through advanced SEO/GEO strategy, content optimization, and data-driven decision-making.Work with cross-functional teams in an innovative setting, while developing your expertise in digital marketing, project management, and SEO/GEO leadership.Apply now and grow with us
