Poste de préparation et tremplin pour à terme prendre la responsabilité de magasin, vous êtes l’ambassadeur au quotidien des valeurs de la marque. Un assistant shop manager excelle dans l’organisation. Vous priorisez les responsabilités que vous assumez avec votre équipe.Vous réussissez à garder une vue d’ensemble des événements Shopping, par votre contribution active aux ventes, mais surtout par votre compréhension des différents indicateurs. Vous utilisez ses indicateurs pour faire évoluer votre équipe.En véritable relais de votre Shop Manager, vous contribuez au développement de l'activité du magasin.
