The RoleWe're looking for an Software Engineer (4+ years) to help us design, build, and scale Wonka Chat — our internal ChatGPT for enterprises, specialized in connecting with the systems companies rely on daily (ERPs, databases, document systems, internal tools, and more) that will be soon used by more than 5000 poeple.As part of the core product team, you'll work on:Designing and extending our AI agent engineCoordinating multi-agent workflows to automate complex business processesBuilding and maintaining scalable backend systemsImproving our RAG pipelines to enhance context retrievalIntegrating deeply with clients' ERPs, CRMs, databases, and internal applicationsDeveloping new features end-to-end, from architecture to productionEnsuring the platform is robust, secure, and easy to deploy inside enterprise environmentsYour mission? What We're Looking ForMust-haves4+ years of experience in software engineeringStrong experience with ReactSolid skills in Node.js and/or PythonExperience building and maintaining RESTful APIsProficiency with databases such as MongoDB or relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and modern engineering practicesExcellent grasp of data structures, algorithms, and practical problem solvingConfident using Git, branching workflows, and conducting code reviewsFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, or other cloud ecosystemsExposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation toolingCuriosity or hands-on experience with Generative AI or LLMOpsNice-to-havesKnowledge of AI GovernanceExperience with MCP serversAdditional cloud, infrastructure, or AI tooling experienceWe're looking for people who are passionate, eager to grow, and ready to help build the future of AI-powered software.
