• As a UX Specialist/Functional Analyst you will work in a digital and agile context.
• You will immerse yourself in the business and values of a company, and then advise internal clients on how to optimize their work to achieve their goals.
• You will translate client needs into digital solutions, considering functional, quality, and cost-effective aspects.
• You will translate the needs into wireframes and user stories.
• You will give briefings and communicate with the teams responsible for developing and implementing the proposed solutions.
• You will ensure that the final result aligns with the client's expectations and strategic goals.
• You will provide your client with long-term conceptual input and strategic advice on future opportunities.

Profile

• You can convert unstructured or complex business requirements into multi-channel digital requirements.
• You can brief designers and developers in a detailed, clear, yet inspiring way
• You have a passion for all things digital and evaluate user experience during every contact with an interface.
• You have knowledge of web and mobile standards, accessibility, and usability principles.
• You are familiar with tools like Figma (and/or other prototyping tools).
• You possess an analytic 'helicopter view' and can distill the essence of complex business processes.
• You are well-organized, empathetic, and convincing. You are solution-oriented and always keep your client in mind
• You are a good communicator, a team player eager to learn, and willing to share your knowledge.
• Experience in an agile methodology is a plus.
• Knowledge of a content management system and experience with user research are added values.
• You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
