Voor onze klant, een pionier en wereldleider op het gebied van 3D printtechnologie en digitale productiesystemen, is Bakker & partners exclusief op zoek naar een Production Quality Engineer om de productie van producten in de hightech-, ruimtevaart-, luchtvaart- en gezondheidszorgsector te ondersteunen. De plaats van tewerkstelling is Leuven.

Deze rol vormt een brug tussen de behoeften van de klant en productie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het documenteren van klanteisen, het oplossen van productieproblemen door middel van root cause-analyse en het leiden van continue verbeteringsprojecten. Je werkt samen met multidisciplinaire teams om risico's te minimaliseren, productieprocessen te valideren en naleving te waarborgen.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Begrijpen en documenteren van klanteisen om ervoor te zorgen dat producten voldoen aan de klantspecificaties.
  • Beheren van klantklachten, productieafwijkingen en CAPA-onderzoeken om continue verbetering te ondersteunen.
  • Leiding geven aan root cause-onderzoeken en zoeken naar effectieve oplossingen binnen een multidisciplinair team om productieproblemen op te lossen.
  • Ondersteunen van het Management Review Board om ervoor te zorgen dat afgekeurde producten correct worden afgehandeld, risico's worden beperkt en de productiecontinuïteit wordt ondersteund.
  • Behandelen van technische klantverzoeken en zorgen voor een correcte introductie in de productie.
  • Deelnemen aan een multidisciplinair team om risico's in het productieproces te verminderen via pFMEA-beoordelingen.
  • Bijdragen aan de validatie van productieprocessen.
  • Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van kwaliteitsprocessen door verbeteringsprojecten te identificeren en te leiden.
  • Ondersteunen van klantaudits.
  • Ondersteunen van de QC-afdeling met betrekking tot klantspecificaties en inspectiemethoden.
  • Bijdragen aan de naleving van ISO 13485-, AS 9100- en FDA QSR-normen.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in engineering of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen en mensen.
  • Sterke documentatievaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een analytische instelling en een sterke motivatie om verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring, bij voorkeur in de gezondheidszorg-, luchtvaart- of hightechindustrie, binnen een kwaliteitsafdeling, of je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een kwaliteits- en sterk gereguleerde omgeving.
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd effectief samen te werken binnen een team.
  • Vloeiend in het Engels, kennis van het Nederlands is een sterke plus.
