Application Consultant - D365 Project Operations Antwerpen, Gent, Hasselt, Flexible Microsoft Dynamics 365 Professional, Freelancer Om onze positie op huidige en toekomstige 'Project & Services' projecten te versterken is Cegeka Business Solutions op zoek naar een Application Consultant met ervaring in D365 Project Operations. Deze functionele rol is de sleutel tot het succes van implementatieprojecten, aangezien de Application Consultant de lead neemt in één of meerdere D365 domeinen. Responsibilities Je speelt een cruciale rol in de volledige levenscyclus van de implementatie. Daarbij breng je de behoeftes van de klant in kaart. Ontwerp je een oplossing met standaard Microsoft Dynamics 365 functies. Voer je een Fit-Gap analyse uit en breng je die tot één functioneel geheel voor jouw domein. Start je de configuratie van de Microsoft Dynamics 365 oplossing. Geef je input aan de developers voor eventueel maatwerk en/of integraties. Ondersteun je de klant tijdens het cutover moment: training key-users, support bij validatie, opzet en uitvoering van het migratieplan. Begeleid je de klant met succes voor en na de go-live. Wat breng jij mee? Je hebt kennis van ERP-implementaties gerelateerd aan Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Specifieke kennis van D365 Finance & Operations bij voorkeur Project Management & Accounting, Project Operations of Field Service; kennis van D365 CE is een pluspunt. Je krijgt energie van samenwerken in teamverband en overlegt gemakkelijk met je collega's. Je vindt het leuk om initiatief te nemen en je eigen stempel te drukken op functionele oplossingen die we als team bieden. Je hebt ervaring in het begeleiden en aansturen van junior functionele consultants en ontwikkelaars met een duidelijke focus op de functionele oplossing. Je bekijkt de zaken vanuit een helikopterperspectief en tilt het functioneel ontwerp en de oplossing naar een hoger niveau.
