We're Hiring: Mechanical Design Engineer – Aerospace Location: Charleroi, Belgium Full-time | On-site | Permanent Are you passionate about engineering and curious about how things fly? We design, build, and test mechanical systems that go the distance, and we're looking for new talent to grow with us. What You'll Be Doing Designing and developing mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems for aerospace applications Creating 3D CAD models and detailed technical drawings using tools like CATIA, Siemens NX, or SolidWorks Collaborating across disciplines- including systems, manufacturing, and testing teams Supporting the full product lifecycle: from concept and prototyping to production and integration Contributing to design reviews, testing campaigns, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For We don't expect perfection — if you meet most of the criteria below, we encourage you to apply: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field Some experience (academic, internship, or professional) with mechanical design and 3D CAD tools An interest in the aerospace industry, or a background in high-tech, automotive, or industrial sectors A collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working in English (Dutch and/or French is a bonus) What You'll Get A chance to work on exciting aerospace projects with real-world impact A supportive and inclusive environment where learning and growth are encouraged Competitive salary of up to €90,000 with benefits (company car, health insurance, meal vouchers, relocation support if needed) Work-life balance with flexible working hours Apply Now Ready to design what's next in the exciting field of aerospace and aviation?
