As a Machine Learning Engineer , you’ll be part of our in‑house AI team, designing and implementing models that provide robust, data‑driven solutions for our clients. You’ll work closely with Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Data Strategists to deliver tailored, high‑quality end‑to‑end solutions, experiment with different approaches, and stay current with industry developments through internal initiatives. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor colleagues and share knowledge. Key Qualifications A deep passion for machine learning and a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline. At least 2 years of experience in machine learning and big data . Expertise in machine learning and deep learning, with both theoretical and practical knowledge. Proficiency in Python & SQL is essential; knowledge of R is an advantage. Experience deploying machine learning models and familiarity with MLOps practices. First experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and solid understanding of cloud engineering for machine learning. Experience with ML versioning tooling. Enthusiasm for large datasets and pragmatic problem‑solving. Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients.
