FunctieomschrijvingWij zoeken een ervaren Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) - Python/Java met expertise in het bouwen van testautomatiseringsoplossingen. Deze rol combineert softwareontwikkeling met het ontwerpen en implementeren van geavanceerde testframeworks voor onze modemproducten. Het doel is om tegen eind 2025 een maximaal geautomatiseerde testomgeving te realiseren, waarbij kwaliteit, onderhoudbaarheid en schaalbaarheid centraal staan.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ontwikkel en onderhoud testautomatiseringsframeworks en scripts in een complexe, meertalige omgeving (Python en Java).
- Pas Object-Oriënted Programming (OOP)-principes toe, zoals ontwerppatronen, mutex, bestandsbeheer en resourceallocatie.
- Werk in een multi-threaded omgeving en optimaliseer prestaties en stabiliteit.
- Integreer testautomatisering in de CI/CD-pijplijn en werk samen met DevOps- en ontwikkelteams.
- Debug en verbeter code, met een focus op kwaliteit en onderhoudbaarheid.
- Ontwikkel oplossingen die schaalbaar en herbruikbaar zijn voor toekomstige projecten.
Opleiding: Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Informatica, Software Engineering of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
Networking kennis: zoals TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, network troubleshooting en protocols.
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in softwareontwikkeling, met een sterke focus op Python en Java.
Ervaring met het bouwen van testautomatiseringsframeworks en scripts.
Diepgaand begrip van OOP-concepten, multi-threading en debugging.
Kennis van ISTQB-certificeringen is een plus, maar geen must.
Vaardigheden:
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en probleemoplossend denken.
- Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en complexe problemen op te lossen.
- Uitstekende communicatie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
