Join us as Head of Communications for our Building Performance division as part of our Global Communications team. What you’ll do Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to keep employees engaged with the division’s strategy, progress, and achievements (>7,000 employees globally). Partner closely with the Head of the Gypsum Platform and Senior Leaders and collaborate across all functions to ensure consistent messaging. Craft compelling content, including newsletters, emails, intranet posts, and presentations, to share the story of our transformation. Foster open dialogue and feedback through employee town halls, team meetings, and other interactive forums. Manage internal communication channels ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of updates. Drive external communication strategies to enhance the division’s reputation and visibility, including managing social media (LinkedIn) engagement and collaborating with marketing teams on targeted campaigns. Support the development and implementation of a branding framework for the platform and provide guidance to countries on local branding strategies. Showcase the division’s successes and progress through case studies, articles, and impactful presentations. What you’ll bring Proven experience in internal communications in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or a related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and functions. A resilient mindset with a strategic approach to developing and delivering communication plans. Proficiency in social media and digital communication platforms. Experience in change management and branding is desirable. A proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
