Ons IT Service Management-team zit midden in een boeiende transformatie: we verbeteren continu de manier waarop we onze interne diensten beheren en ondersteunen. Om dat verder te versterken, zoeken we een IT Service Engineer met een passie voor slimme technologie en procesoptimalisatie. In deze rol bouw je mee aan de tools die onze interne werking soepel laten verlopen – denk aan Xurrent, Nexthink en Splunk. Je krijgt de ruimte om je technische kennis te verdiepen, nieuwe ideeën aan te brengen en actief mee te denken over de verdere professionalisering van onze serviceomgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met de Product Owner en collega's uit verschillende teams en krijgt veel vrijheid om initiatieven te nemen. Je uitvalsbasis is Antwerpen, met sporadische verplaatsingen naar andere locaties. Functieomschrijving Je configureert, onderhoudt en optimaliseert onze Service Management-tools (Xurrent, Nexthink, Splunk). Je analyseert noden van collega's en vertaalt die naar concrete IT-oplossingen. Je automatiseert en verbetert processen, zodat de interne dienstverlening vlotter en efficiënter verloopt. Je zorgt dat onze tools up-to-date blijven en goed samenwerken binnen één geïntegreerd platform (Enterprise Service Management). Je ondersteunt collega's in het gebruik van deze tools en documenteert wijzigingen helder en gestructureerd. Profiel Een IT-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een bedrijfsomgeving. Interesse in scripting en automatisatie (PowerShell of een andere taal). Basiskennis van API's, SQL en Azure. Interesse in IT-processen en frameworks zoals ITIL – voorkennis is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral je leergierigheid telt. Een gestructureerde, zelfstandige werkstijl met oog voor kwaliteit en detail. Je bent communicatief sterk, blijft kalm onder druk en werkt graag samen in teamverband. Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
