Als Project Manager HVAC bij SPIE Belgium ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol beheer van diverse HVAC-projecten.
- Projectbeheer: Leid en beheer HVAC-projecten van concept tot oplevering, waarbij je zorgt voor een tijdige en binnen budget uitvoering.
- Teamcoördinatie: Stuur een multidisciplinair team aan, bestaande uit ingenieurs, technici en onderaannemers, om optimale prestaties en samenwerking te waarborgen.
- Klantrelaties: Onderhoud nauw contact met klanten om de behoeften en verwachtingen te begrijpen, en zorg voor een uitstekende klanttevredenheid.
- Budgetbeheer: Bewaak en beheer projectbudgetten, rapporteer tijdig over de financiële voortgang en neem proactief maatregelen om eventuele afwijkingen aan te pakken.
- Kwaliteitsborging: Zorg voor naleving van kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften in overeenstemming met de SPIE-standaarden.
- Minimale vereisten: Minimaal een Bachelor-diploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur in HVAC-technologie.
- Vaardigheden: Uitstekende leiderschaps- en communicatievaardigheden, sterke organisatorische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, en in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
