We're a flat-structured, no-nonsense team with one shared goal: building tomorrow's energy.Your role as our digital marketeer:As a key member of our Marketing & Sales Enablement team, you drive Biolectric's digital strategy and execution: helping us generate qualified leads, strengthen our brand visibility, and support commercial growth under the guidance of our Head of Marketing.Your main responsibilities:Develop, plan, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, social media, email, display) to boost lead generation and conversion.Manage and continuously improve Biolectric's online presence and website content.Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with business targets and sales funnels.Create engaging digital assets: landing pages, newsletters, automation flows, visuals and ad creatives.Coordinate and brief external partners such as distributors, agencies, media, and freelancers when needed.Design, coordinate, and produce engaging offline marketing materials, including prints, brochures, banners, and promotional merchandise.Support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events such as open days, trade fairs, press events, industry awards, and other promotional activities.We think you'll do well if...You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Economics.You bring 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing — you know how to turn ideas into measurable results.You're creative and analytical, with a drive to make an impact in a growing international environment.You feel at home working with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Adobe Suite, WordPress, and Mailchimp.You're fluent in English, and you can easily switch to Dutch and/or French when needed.
