Bring your talent, your ideas, and your magic—let's make an impact togetherWhy do we need you?You'll play a vital role in:Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and finding the perfect legal talent for interim, ad hoc, and permanent opportunities.Identifying, sourcing, and attracting top-tier legal candidates from the market.Conducting in-depth interviews, assessing talent, and providing tailored career advice.Contributing to marketing campaigns and representing Limine at business events.What makes you our ideal candidate?You hold a Master's in Law and have at least 1 year of experience in a law firm or as an in-house Legal Counsel.You are ready to transition to from a purely legal role into HR for legal talent. You're a natural communicator with excellent people skills and a knack for IT-based solutions.You're fluent in Dutch (native or bilingual) and have excellent spoken and written command of French and English.
