To strengthen its services, ALTEN International is actively looking for a "Team Leader Business Controller & Analyst" to further strengthen the ALTEN organization in BENELUX.</p><p>The Team Leader Business Controller & Analyst has a key role within the organization. It is a position with strong responsibilities and the development of the company depend on it. We are looking for top executives to strengthen our organization.</p><p>Come and see us, we'll tell you everything If you are up to the challenge, then keep on reading, and discover the amazing opportunity below</p><p>Description :</p><p>Your assignment consists in consolidating and analysing the Business and HR data from our</p><p>ALTEN's offices.</p><p>Your main tasks will be the following ones:</p><p>• Create and implement weekly, monthly & quarterly operational reports for the Group as well as ad hoc</p><p>• Analysis upon request</p><p>• Analysing with a critical eye the weekly operational and HR indicators (KPIs)</p><p>• Providing the best quality reports and analysis for key deadlines such as:</p><p>o the quarterly HR reviews with Top management</p><p>o the Committee Career (CC) (annual assessment of the internal Staff team)</p><p>• Maintaining & creating various dashboards to drive the recruitment activity</p><p>• Improving the information flow from subsidiaries to headquarter</p><p>• Helping in the deployment of the ALTEN tools in the new subsidiaries</p><p>• Manage the bonus system for Business Managers, aligning objectives and ensuring accurate payouts</p><p>• Prepare monthly business reviews (BRs) for top management to evaluate BU performance and set future</p><p>targets.</p><p>• Lead a team of 3 Business Analysts to deliver high-quality controlling operations across Benelux perimeter</p><p>Skills</p><p>• Good interpersonal skills and strong human contact</p><p>• Critical mindset</p><p>• Autonomous and rigorous</p><p>• Figures-oriented</p><p>• Dynamic with a strong sense of synthesis</p><p>• Looking for a challenging, demanding, yet rewarding position</p><p>Your profile</p><p>• Graduated from an engineering or business school,</p><p>• A first successful experience in business control and an advanced level in the commands of Microsoft Excel</p><p>• Knowlegde of Power BI is plus</p>
