We are Cegeka Business Solutions Belgium, a team of approximately 280 passionate consultants working on innovative and complex ERP and CRM projects. Will you be part of our growth story? You will work closely with business process owners and key users to map out the needs and identify bottlenecks. You translate these needs into functional specifications, collaborating with the technical team on potential custom solutions. You configure the HR modules (e.g., payroll, time tracking, performance management, etc.) based on the client’s requirements. With your expertise in D365 HR, you advise clients on optimizations and efficiency improvements. You deliver workshops, user manuals, and training for HR teams and managers to ensure optimal system usage. In short, you play a crucial role throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, aiming for a high-quality result and a satisfied client. What you need to succeed: You have solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 Human Resources. If you’ve played an internal key user role in an implementation and developed a taste for it, we’re happy to train you as a consultant You’re passionate about digital transformation and can’t get enough of HR processes like skill & performance management, payroll, recruitment, time registration, expense management, etc. You thrive in team collaboration and have strong communication skills. You have a knack for solving complex problems in challenging environments. You have a hands-on mentality and leave your mark on the solutions we deliver as a team.
