Een toonaangevende Belgische dienstverlener gelegen in Gent zoekt versterking voor hun in-house front-end team (7 FTE). Het IT-team is de voorbije maanden in volle versnelling gegaan en focust volop op het bouwen van gebruiksvriendelijke, performante web-en mobiele applicaties om marktleider en digitale voorloper te blijven. Je komt terecht in een sfeervolle mix van verschillende ervaringen binnen het team waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en fun centraal staan met de slagkracht en schaal van een corporate omgeving. Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien? Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van React webapplicaties met focus op gebruiksvriendelijkheid en performance Actief meedenken over UX, schaalbaarheid en toekomstige mobiele toepassingen in React Native. Samenwerken binnen een Front-End team van 7 collega's in een snel evoluerend IT-landschap Wat verwachten zij van jou? Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in React. Kennis van React Native, Figma, UX/UI design zijn grote troeven Je werkt graag zelfstandig, denkt mee over oplossingen en voelt je thuis in een informele bedrijfscultuur. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Wat bieden zij jou? Een interessant bruto maandsalaris die kan variëren tussen €3.800 - €4.900, afhankelijk van opleidingsniveau en ervaring. Een premium bedrijfswagen (cat 5) en laadpas of mobiliteitsbudget ter waarde van €1000. Flexibel werkmodel: officieel 1 dag kantoor (Gent), in praktijk vaak 2 door de teamdynamiek. Werkweek van 38 uur met aandacht voor work-life balance: 31 vakantiedagen + mogelijkheid tot extra anciënniteitsdagen Laptop, gsm & abonnement voorzien.
