Your key responsibilities will be:
- Help growing our (Gen) AI service offerings by supporting in business development activities and help shaping point of views within this area.
- Manage projects end to end, by translating client's business problems into (Generative) AI models and solutions.
- Serve as a translator between business and technical client teams.
- Coach & train team members on acquiring and growing GenAI capabilities.
- Enable the team to stay on top of recent innovative developments in the Generative AI domain, by also stimulating the development of innovative Proof of Concepts to demo our capabilities.
- Act as an inspiring people manager, by creating a positive working environment with maximum learning opportunities and exposure for your team members, encouraging every person in your team to further grow and develop their skills and career.
Let's talk about you
- You have a degree in a scientific field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in building AI models and working with data.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering or Large Language Models is a plus.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
- Intrinsic interest in recent innovative developments in the AI domain.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with LangChain, HuggingFace or Tensorflow is a plus.
- Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Ability to speak business language and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Pragmatic in approach, focused on delivering value to clients.
- Experience in consulting is a plus.
- Fluency in English, and at least Dutch or French.
