You’ll guide users through our self-service platform, offer real-time assistance, and collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and overall conversion.The EU Sales team is structured into two sub-teams: Sales Executives and Sales Support. Sales Executives focus on developing client relationships and closing deals, while the Sales Support team manages incoming requests, supports clients through their journey, and finalizes deals requiring direct assistance.Sitting at the very heart of Merchery’s new strategy, the Support department is currently in full expansion — playing a key role in driving both operational excellence and growth across the European market.We’re now looking for a Sales Support Intern to join this journey and help us build the future of Merchery in Europe.👉 Responsibilities:As a Sales Support Intern, you will play a key role in helping us:Respond in a reactive and timely manner to incoming requests via chat, email, and phone.Generate Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) or guide clients to close deals via self-service.Answer unassigned leads and assist them navigating the website.Detect and report issues encountered by users to help improve the experience on the website.Collaborate with the tech team to eliminate friction points and contribute to a smooth user journey.Work closely with the Sales Executives to ensure a seamless lead transmission process.Collect and share feedback from clients to help the team continuously improve our offering.👀 Could you be the one?If most of this resonates with you, Merchery would be a perfect match:You have a genuine interest in people and a sense of service.You are fluent in English (German or Dutch is a plus)You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing several tasks at once.You’re a great communicator who enjoys being on the front line with clients.You are collaborative, team-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.You’re comfortable with tools and platforms (CRM, chat, helpdesk…).You’re excited by the idea of improving processes and making things smoother.You care about quality, aesthetics, and sustainability – like we do.You always wanted to go outside your comfort zone and start a new challenge abroad.☀️ Working with usWill be funMerchery is growing, and we’re focused on building more than just a business: we want to create a healthy, collaborative, and down-to-earth work environment where people feel valued.Things are moving fast, but there’s still a lot to build and improve.
