As a Machine Learning Engineer , you'll be an integral part of our in-house team of AI specialists, designing and implementing models that deliver robust, data-driven solutions for our clients.Passionate about data, you enjoy diving deep to uncover actionable insights and develop machine learning models that enhance client operations. Learn more about our DNA at [https://dataroots.io/our-dna].You bring the following qualities & experiences to the role:A deep passion for Machine Learning and a Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline.A minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning and big data .Expertise in machine learning and deep learning, with both a theoretical and practical grasp.Proficiency in Python & SQL is a must; knowledge of R is an advantage.Experience with deploying machine learning models and familiarity with MLOps practices.At least a first experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and a solid understanding of cloud engineering and its use in Machine Learning.Experience with ML versioning tooling.Enthusiasm for working with large datasets and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients.Fluency in English and Dutch .Don't worry if you don't meet every requirement from the start.
