Embedded Software EngineerSpace, Satellite, SatComBenelux Region, onsiteWould you like to work for a cutting edge space and satellite manufacturer working on the development of highly software for use in avionics and communications systems?The RoleSpaceTech are currently supporting a successful, growing satellite / space industry specialist consultancy with a growing client project list as well as propriety, re-usable architectures - applicable across the industry.This is a role where space / satellite industry experience would be desirable but definitely not essential - the key skills are the thing that will really interest the hiring team....Key tasks:Software development for embedded devices in the field of satellite communicationDesign and implementation of embedded software, networking device software, network management software and system software in an agile project team environmentKey skillsExperience in designing software for embedded network devicesExpert level C/C++ language skillsExperience of safety-critical software environments - space / satellite, aerospace, medical, automotiveKnow-how in communication protocol design preferredAspirations and or experience towards team leadershipNice to have: Rust / PythonOpen to / experience in agile working - Jira / Git / CI/CD would be a plusInterest in the space / satellite industryHow To ApplyIf you feel like you would be a good fit for the above role, please apply below with your most up-to-date CV.
