Neoceram est une société belge avec des sites de production en Belgique et en Italie. Elle est spécialisée dans les technologies de remplissage destinées aux secteurs pharmaceutique, cosmétique, alimentaire et industriel.
Notre entreprise en pleine croissance est à la recherche d'un(e) responsable bureau d'études pour superviser les opérations de planification, conception, élaboration, finalisation de la solution technique, tout en participant activement à la gestion du bureau d'études.
L'objectif principal de ce poste est de gérer, dans les délais prévus, les activités de conception et de développement qui lui sont confiées, de telle sorte que le produit défini rencontre les exigences formulées en matière de qualité et de coût. Le/la responsable bureau d'études agit en tant que principal moteur de l'activité du bureau d'études et aide à coordonner les ressources pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations et un bon reporting à la direction.
- Superviser les dessinateurs et les techniciens du bureau d'études
- Assurer la formation continue et le développement des compétences de l'équipe
- Gérer l'ensemble des demandes et s'assurer de la bonne répartition des tâches en fonction des priorités
- Planifier et coordonner les phases du projet depuis la conception jusqu'à la réalisation
- Analyser et optimiser les processus de fabrication pour améliorer l'efficacité et la qualité
- S'assurer que les délivrables du bureau d'études respectent les spécifications techniques et normes de qualité
- Assurer le suivi et le rapport des différents tests
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements pour garantir le bon déroulement des projets
Votre profil
- Master en génie industriel/ civil option mécanique ou l'équivalent
- Un minimum d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Une expérience dans l'utilisation des programmes de dessin tels que CREO, PRO ENGINEER, SOLIDWORKS
- Capacité à planifier, exécuter et superviser des projets
- Excellente communication verbale et écrite. Un excellent niveau d'anglais (écrit et oral). La connaissance de tout autre langue est un atout
- Être capable de diriger une équipe et de travailler en collaboration avec différents départements
- Rigoureux(se) et soigneux(se). Vous appréciez le travail de précision, la gestion et l'amélioration continue
- Motivé(e), dynamique et curieux(se)
- Disponible immédiatement ou très rapidement
