Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will support the delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects while gaining hands-on experience in project management. Working under the guidance of experienced project managers for large-scale projects or as main PM on small-scale projects, you will assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This is a learning role, providing you with the opportunity to develop your skills and grow into greater responsibilities over time. Scope of work: Assist with project status reporting for all stakeholders. Act as a one point of contact during a ServiceNow implementations. Collaborate with senior team members to understand customer requirements and objectives. Help identify opportunities for additional value to the customer and share these with the project team. Coordinate project meetings, including kick-off meetings and regular updates. Assist in monitoring the performance of the project team and subcontracted partners. Ensure project documentation is organized and up-to-date. Learn from experienced team members to develop project management methodologies and principles. Help resolve issues during the implementation cycle and escalate larger challenges as needed. Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. We ask Bachelor's or Master's degree. Fluent in English. Dutch and French is a plus. Experience n assisting or supporting projects within IT or enterprise software environments. Familiarity with project management principles (experience managing smaller-scale projects is a plus). Willingness to learn and develop skills in ServiceNow, ITIL, or Prince2 methodologies. Basic understanding of Scrum, PMI, or PMP frameworks (certifications are advantageous). Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly in meetings or written formats (experience with tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a plus). Interest in working on global projects and collaborating with diverse teams across different locations.
