As a Junior Operations Expert, you'll join a collaborative team where quality, innovation, and patient impact are at the heart of everything we do.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Bio-Engineering, or another relevant scientific field.
  • Hands-on experience gained through internships, laboratory work, or professional experience within a pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or GMP-regulated environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Clear communication in English and a strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a focus on quality.
  • Eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Work daily in a Class A/B/C/D cleanroom environment and maintain the cleanliness of equipment and facilities.
  • Produce clinical and commercial ATMPs through aseptic manual processes, including cell isolation, selection, activation, transduction, culture, filling & finishing, and cryopreservation.
  • Perform in-process control tests on batch samples, ensuring high standards for cell counts and viability.
  • Ensure equipment operates smoothly by following instructions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs.
  • Contribute to process optimization, including the introduction of new products, procedures, and equipment in GMP areas.
  • Support the writing and review of SOPs and other production-related documents, and manage raw materials, consumables, and waste.
