We zijn op zoek naar een Supply Planner Benelux. Je wordt onderdeel van ons Demand Planning team BNL (Supply Chain team) gevestigd in Brussel. Je reist af en toe naar Utrecht, Nederland, en rapporteert direct aan de Supply Chain Team Lead BNL, Pim Jansen.

Als Supply Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afstemmen van vraag en aanbod, zodat we een uitstekende klantenservice kunnen bieden en een gezonde voorraad behouden. Je bent de verbindende factor tussen ons Global Supply team (dat samenwerkt met onze fabrieken) en onze lokale verkoop- en marketingteams.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Signaleren van serviceproblemen en risico's door het monitoren van out-of-stock situaties en samenwerken met Global Supply teams of inkoop om deze op te lossen of te beperken.
  • Zorgen dat klantorders met minimale verstoringen worden uitgevoerd door nauw samen te werken met klantenservice- en verkoopteams.
  • Monitoren van trage, obsolete en verouderende voorraden en verbeteracties voorstellen.
  • Acties voorstellen en implementeren om de gezondheid van het portfolio te verbeteren.
  • Plannen en toezicht houden op de externe levering van eindproducten aan magazijnen in de Benelux regio.
  • Optimaliseren van de processen van 3rd Party Manufacturing met focus op service, kosten en cash.
  • Deelnemen aan netwerkanalyses om de optimale locatie van magazijnen voor producten van 3rd Party Manufacturing te bepalen.

Voor deze rol zoeken we iemand met de volgende vaardigheden en ervaring:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma (Supply Chain Management, Logistiek, Operations Management, Bedrijfskunde, (Bedrijfs)economie, Engineering).
  • Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in Supply Chain- of operationele rollen.
  • Sterke focus op efficiëntie en optimalisatie van de waardeketen.
  • Klantgerichte mindset – het geluk van onze klanten staat centraal in alles wat we doen.
  • Uitstekend vermogen om stakeholders (intern en extern) te beïnvloeden en langdurige vertrouwensrelaties op te bouwen.
  • Aantoonbaar vermogen om resultaten te leveren in een onzekere omgeving.
  • Goede analytische vaardigheden: complexe problemen analyseren en de kernoorzaak aanpakken.
  • Je beheerst de Engelse taal vloeiend. Nederlands en Frans zijn een pluspunt.
