Deze internationale en snelgroeiende speler op vlak van Networks en cybersecurity is op zoek naar een Pre-sales engineer / accountmanager. Ze zetten zichzelf in voor de ontwikkeling van oplossingen en diensten die het steeds complexere digitale landschap beveiligen en verbinden.

Ze hebben 15 kantoren in Europa onder ander in België, Nederland, Frankrijk, Duitsland, Polen en het Verenigd Koninkrijk.

Ze ontwerpen, beveiligen en beheren de digitale infrastructuur van grote en kleine organisaties.

Jouw functie

Je zal in een getalenteerd team terecht komen waar je als pre-sales engineer te werk gaat. Binnen het team zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor de pre-sales activiteiten en je zal ook een klein stukje accountmanagement op jouw nemen.

  • Je werkt samen met het sales team als een technisch expert. Je bepaalt de technische vereisten van de klant en communiceert deze tussen het sales team en de engineers.
  • Voor de installatie, onderhoud en reparaties aan het network ga je proactief te werk en houd goed contact met de klanten.
  • Voor projecten van A tot Z ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de klanten. Je denkt met ze mee en geeft ze advies doorheen het project.
  • Je staat zelf ook in voor 30% accountmanagement.
Vereisten

Voor de positie van Pre-sales engineer / accountmanager zijn we op zoek naar een commercieel technisch persoon. Die naast de Pre-sales ook nog een stuk (30%) accountmanagement kan doen.

  • Je hebt al zeker 3 jaar ervaring als pre-sales engineer of network engineer. Daarnaast heb je ook een passie voor ICT en wil je erover bijleren.
  • Kennis van en hands-on technische ervaring met switching van de partners (Juniper, Cisco, Huawei, Nokia, ...) en wireless solutions van (Juniper mist, Meraki,...).
  • VLAN's, QoS, routing protocols en RADIUS zijn gekende zaken voor jou.
  • Je bent besluitvol, diplomatisch en hebt een oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt een goede commerciële communicatie.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels, Frans is mooi meegenomen.
