Our client is a joint venture and high-tech company located on the outskirts of Ghent. Together with them, we are looking for a Project Data Officer for their headquarters.
Job Description:As a Project Support Officer, you will provide administrative support in the realization of projects in the Network Deployment department.
You will be part of the Project Support Center and work closely with various internal (project managers, engineers, etc.) and external stakeholders (contractors, ISPs, etc.) to ensure that projects are completed on time.
You will be responsible for accurate network administration and quality management of the address management system via the internal portal.
Your tasks include:
- Assessing and processing incoming requests for address changes
- Ensuring the quality and correctness of the provided data
- Maintaining address data and status updates in the portal
- Handling and following up on correspondence
- Analyzing and resolving complex issues regarding address changes and validations
- Actively participating in and following up on challenging sessions to discuss specific cases
- Learning relevant systems within the framework of address management
- Keeping administrative data and records up to date
- Maintaining communication with construction partners and ISPs for accurate and efficient information exchange
- Contributing to the optimization of our administrative processes
- Closely monitoring the reporting of ongoing work and requests to align all parties involved in a timely manner, so end-users can connect to our network as quickly as possible
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Your qualifications include:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to see the big picture and make connections between data
- A proactive work attitude
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize
- A team player mentality
- Good communication skills with internal teams and external partners
