It's the first in a growing suite built to modernise a space long overdue for disruption. Why join us We're a young startup with a product that works, users who love it, and demand growing faster than we can keep up with. That's why we're looking for a (founding) software engineer to help us scale the tech and shape the rest of our product suite. In our first six months: We signed 75+ events worldwide Serve thousands of daily users Bootstrapped our way to revenue and gearing up for a seed round Global expansion (chance to travel if you're up for it) Secured a spot in Wintercircus Ghent (Belgium's Silicon Valley) What you'll do You'll join early and work directly with the founders to build, ship, and scale Exhibitly's core product. Expect autonomy, ownership, and a front-row seat in a fast-moving startup. Ship core features end-to-end: from backend logic to frontend UX Work closely with the CTO to turn customer needs into production features fast. Bring ideas, not just code: you'll have a direct hand in product and UX decisions. Own what you ship: monitor, debug, and iterate based on user feedback. Shape how we build: help refine our stack, workflows, and technical standards Be part of our next growth phase: your work will reach thousands of users from day one Who we're looking for Have 3+ years experience shipping and maintaining production web apps Be confident with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind Understand relational databases (we use PostgreSQL via Supabase) Thrive in a startup environment: fast iterations, shifting priorities, real ownership Communicate clearly about technical decisions and handle feedback directly Able to come into the office 4-5 days a week during the early phase Nice to haves Experience with tracking, analytics, or conversion optimization Hands-on work with generative AI or vector search in production Familiarity with Vercel workflows, CI/CD, and observability/testing tools What we offer Competitive salary and benefits Equity is part of the package if the match and commitment are right The chance to build something real, visible, and global from day one A front-row seat on a growing wave in AI and event tech Merch, obviously Would it even be a startup without fleece?
