LadyAgri Impact Investment Hub est une Association a but non lucratif qui se consacre à renforcer la participation, l'autonomisation et le leadership des femmes et jeunes en Afrique tout au long des chaînes de valeur agricoles 'fourche à la fourchette'.

Nous appuyons les femmes et jeunes dans la structuration et le développement de leurs PME et/ou leurs coopératives pour qu'elles deviennent des entreprises agroalimentaires matures, créant des emplois décents, produisant des produits de qualité et augmentant leur part de marché. Nous voulons que les femmes atteignent leur plein potentiel en tant que pionnières dans des entreprises inclusives, et innovantes et des systèmes alimentaires durables.

Nous recherchons un·e Project Manager / Gestionnaire de Projets motivé·e et expérimenté·e pour rejoindre notre petite équipe de passionné·e·s.

Le·La Gestionnaire de Projets / Project Manager sera responsable du développement et de la bonne mise en œuvre d'un portefeuille de projets en Afrique de l'Ouest et Centrale.

Vos tâches principales consisteraient en (liste non-exhaustive) :

  1. Gestion de projets: Assurer la bonne mise en œuvre des projets pour garantir l'atteinte des objectifs et la satisfaction des bénéficiaires et des agences de financement: élaboration et suivi des plans de travail, coordination des activités, mobilisation de l'expertise et des ressources requises, gestion et suivi des équipes, organisation du contrôle qualité des livrables, suivi opérationnel, missions de terrain…
  2. Suivi contractuel et financier: Assurer la bonne gestion et le suivi contractuel et financier des projets: garantie du respect des règles et obligations contractuelles, planification et suivi budgétaire, contrôle et suivi de facturations…
  3. Monitoring, suivi-évaluation et rapportage: Contribuer à la définition d'indicateurs, d'enquêtes et de questionnaires, superviser la collecte et l'analyse des données pour soutenir l'évaluation de l'impact des projets, préparation de rapports et présentations pour les parties prenantes.
  4. Développement, représentation et plaidoyer: Contribuer au développement de nouveaux projets. Développer et entretenir des relations solides et une collaboration fluide avec les différentes prenantes. Plaider en faveur de politiques et de pratiques intégrant la dimension de genre dans le secteur agroalimentaire.

Pour compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons un·e candidat·e avec les qualifications et compétences suivantes :

  1. Au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en gestion de projet dans le secteur de la coopération avec une expérience de terrain en Afrique sub-saharienne.
  2. Licence ou master dans un domaine pertinent: agriculture, développement rural, relations internationales, sciences politiques, économie, analyse de données ou dans un domaine connexe.
  3. Expériences professionnelles pertinentes pour le poste de préférence dans un des domaines d'expertise de LadyAgri. Des qualifications dans le domaine de l'apprentissage, de la formation professionnelle ou des approches pédagogiques sont un atout.
  4. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
  5. Volonté et capacité à voyager et se déplacer sur les sites du projet y compris en zone rurale.
  6. Très bon relationnel et capacité à s'adapter à des environnements complexes et changeants tout en assurant une bonne collaboration avec les équipes de terrain et les partenaires de LadyAgri.
  7. Plein de qualités: proactivité, flexibilité, capacité à travailler de manière autonome, gestion des priorités, bonne organisation, constructivité et recherche de solutions… et surtout de la bonne humeur:).
