We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our CFO Advisory team in Brussels as a Manager. You will work with senior experts in the field of transformation, restructuring and transaction services and will mainly focus on:
Responsibilities
- Providing an operational perspective during a due diligence (transaction), restructuring or transformation program
- Preparing of presentations and/or reports to key stakeholders (e.g. board members, investors, M&A advisors and C-suite management)
- Steering and providing guidance to junior team members
- Reporting back to the senior team members of the assignment on the day-to-day developments of your project
- Being responsible for timely execution of assignments to a high standard
- Active contribution to business development (both internal and external) and thought leadership is expected and encouraged
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Finance or Economics
- Operations industry experience (e.g. manufacturing and/or supply chain) within a corporate environment or management consultancy in a similar field of expertise
- Minimum five year’s relevant professional experience in Finance, Audit or Consulting during which you have developed solid financial, accounting or operational skills
- An eager team player with an appetite for knowledge
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects
- A good set of social and analytical skills and curious mindset
- An eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast and ambitious environment
- You are comfortable communicating with C-level executives and high-level stakeholders in English, French and/or Dutch
