Deze toonaangevende chemiespeler, regio Gent, behoort tot de wereldwijde top binnen hun niche. Ze maken deel uit van een beursgenoteerde Amerikaanse holding en tellen wereldwijd al meer dan 3.000 enthousiaste medewerkers, waarvan meer dan 300 in België tewerkgesteld zijn. Met een jaarlijkse productiecapaciteit van ongeveer een 100.000 ton, streeft dit bedrijf naar een uitbreiding tot 120.000 ton dankzij de introductie van een nieuwe, geavanceerde verpakkingslijn.

Als Technisch Inkoper kom je terecht in een ultramoderne omgeving, waar de focus ligt op innovatie, automatisering en digitalisering.

Ter versterking van het team, gaat onze klant regio Gent, op zoek naar een Technical Buyer.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Als Technical Buyer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige inkoopproces van technisch materiaal, services, pbm's, labequipment, etc.
  • Ondersteunen van verschillende afdelingen met jouw expertise.
  • Daarnaast sta je in voor het beheren van offertes, het opmaken van bestelbonnen en het opvolgen van levertermijnen.
  • Onderhouden en uitbouwen van relaties met leveranciers en het onderhandelen over prijzen en contractvoorwaarden.
  • Coördineren voorraadbeheer en het proactief voorbereiden van geplande stilstanden.
  • Je verwerkt certificaten en VCA-documenten voor contractors.
  • Tot slot zal je deelnemen aan werkgroepen en bijdragen aan optimalisatieprojecten.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een technisch bachelor diploma of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar technische aankoopervaring.
  • Technische/mechanische kennis is vereist. Bovendien kan je vlot overweg met SAP.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
