As Finance Manager, you help keep our organization financially healthy, transparent and ready for what's next.Your missionAs Finance Manager, you ensure the financial health and long-term sustainability of Jaga. You lead the finance team, safeguard compliance and deliver clear financial insights that support strategic decision-making. You combine accuracy with forward thinking and act as a trusted partner to the CFO and the wider organization.What you will be doing• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, AP/AR, payroll and bank reconciliations and fleet and combine this with more finance related projects• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports• Ensure compliance with tax, audit and regulatory requirements• Manage cash flow, liquidity and financial risk• Develop, monitor and adjust budgets and financial forecasts where you act as a business partner for the department heads• Maintain timely, complete and reliable financial records• Strengthen internal controls and minimize financial risks• Lead, coach and develop the finance team• Improve and streamline financial processes and ways of working• Provide clear financial insights to support strategic decisionsThis is how you win us over:• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in financial management, including leadership experience• Strong background in budgeting, reporting, compliance and audits• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and taxation• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP• Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools• You are analytical, structured and detail-oriented• You act with integrity and professionalism at all times• You take ownership and deliver on commitments• You communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders• You thrive under pressure and enjoy improving processes• You are a proactive team player who builds trust easilyThis is what you can expect from us:• You contribute to a more sustainable and responsible living environment• You work in a company that values innovation, creativity and lifelong learning• You join a culture built on trust, respect and collaboration• You have real influence on how the organization grows and performs• You see the impact of your work every day, far beyond the numbersReady to help design a financially strong and sustainable future?We would love to hear your story.
