Als ClientFacing Technology Consultant ben jij de spil van onze Technology & Processafdeling in België & Luxemburg. Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor onze online booking tools en ondersteunende systemen, en zorgt dat klanten en collega’s moeiteloos met onze technologie aan de slag kunnen – van setup en implementatie tot training en support. Met jouw expertise til je de gebruikerservaring naar een hoger niveau en zorg je dat klanten kunnen genieten van een naadloze service. Wie zijn wij ? FCM is een toonaangevende speler in zakenreizen, actief in 95 landen. Naast zakenreizen bieden we in België ook MICE en vakantiereizen aan. In België hebben we vier kantoren, in Luxemburg één. Onze trendy huisstijl en innovatieve aanpak weerspiegelen onze missie: “Travel Different” – het verschil maken voor onze klanten. In 2021, 2022, 2023 en 2024 werden we bekroond als België’s en Europa’s Leading Travel Management Company. Responsibilities In deze rol ben jij de brug tussen klanten, collega’s en technologie en draag je direct bij aan het succes van FCM. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: Je bent de sleutelfiguur tussen ons commercieel team, onze klanten en technologiepartners. Met onze geavanceerde technologie adviseer en train je klanten, zodat onze producten volledig voldoen aan hun verwachtingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van selfserviceoplossingen bij nieuwe en bestaande klanten, van configuratie en testen tot training. Als ultieme probleemoplosser volg je technische issues nauwgezet op en beheer je cases van A tot Z. Je denkt proactief mee over procesverbeteringen, gebaseerd op klantfeedback en nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Qualifications Je hebt ervaring en expertise in online booking tools, bij voorkeur Cytric of Concur. Technologie en reizen zijn je passie; je bent nieuwsgierig en wilt continu leren hoe verschillende systemen samenwerken. Je bent een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde teamspeler met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Proactief, gestructureerd en sterk in probleemoplossing. Je voelt je thuis in een internationale omgeving en spreekt vloeiend ENG, NL en FR. Werken onder druk is voor jou geen probleem; je blijft rustig en gefocust. Ervaring in zakenreizen of technische ondersteuning is een pluspunt. Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en een professionele, leergierige houding. Je start je dag met energie en een glimlach, en hebt de drive om elke dag succesvol te maken. Stiptheid, orde en een goed gevoel voor humor maken jou de ideale collega.
