We are looking for a Dutch Scrum Master to join one of our clients' Digital Teams.What are your responsibilities?Take end-to-end ownership of implementing and coaching Scrum methodology within digital delivery teams.Guide and mentor one or more teams on the floor, helping them reach their goals and perform at their highest potential.Support the continuous development of the Agile mindset, ensuring teams adopt pragmatic Agile practices.Create an environment that fosters autonomy, ownership, and collaboration.Act as the bridge between Product Owners and development teams, balancing priorities and expectations.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple digital projects.What are your qualifications?Several years of proven experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.Not dogmatic: able to adapt Scrum principles to real-world environments (not "pure Scrum," but pragmatic Scrum).Strong affinity with technology and digital innovation.Proactive, assertive, structured, and solution-oriented.Excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills.Capable of maintaining a clear overview while guiding teams through complex delivery cycles.Native Dutch, with at least a basic understanding of the other national language.Working knowledge of English.
