Addestino is experiencing strong growth and is entering a new, more strategic phase. To support this evolution, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help shape how we attract talent, strengthen our market position, and contribute to sustainable growth.

In this role, you go beyond traditional recruitment:
- You combine end-to-end hiring with strategic thinking, market insights, employer branding, and coaching of consultants.
- You work across Flanders, Brussels, and Wallonia, with a strong focus on Brussels and Wallonia, where you actively help build our presence and strengthen our positive employer image.
- You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and HR colleagues and bring relevant competencies and HR insights that allow you to take on a broader HR Business Partnering role alongside recruitment.
Your responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for both junior profiles and complex, senior roles
- Acting as a trusted and fully-fledged recruitment partner for the business
- Challenging and advising stakeholders on profiles, expectations, and market realities
- Collecting, analyzing, and translating recruitment data and market insights into concrete recommendations
- Initiating and supporting employer branding initiatives (campus recruitment, events, partnerships, content, etc.)
- Acting as an ambassador for Addestino as an employer at recruitment events
- Safeguarding and continuously improving the candidate experience
Your profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- You have a Master's degree
- You are fluent in Dutch and English and have a good understanding of French, or are willing to improve your French
- Results- and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on progress and quality
- You take ownership, dare to challenge, and thrive in a role with visible impact
