Als Consultant - Procurement ondersteun je organisaties bij het versterken en optimaliseren van hun aankoopstrategie, processen en prestaties. Je combineert je praktische aankoopervaring, in het bijzonder in overheidsopdrachten, met de analytische en adviserende vaardigheden van een consultant. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten om zowel strategische als operationele verbeteringen te realiseren. Wat zal je doen? Je begeleidt klanten bij de uitwerking en uitvoering van hun aankoopstrategie. Je leidt of ondersteunt complexe aanbestedingstrajecten in lijn met de wetgeving overheidsopdrachten, inclusief voorbereiding, publicatie en evaluatie. Je analyseert bestaande aankoopprocessen, identificeert verbeterkansen en stelt concrete oplossingen voor. Je voert marktanalyses, leveranciersanalyses en kostendrijveranalyses uit. Je adviseert over contractbeheer, risicobeheer, compliance en procurement best practices. Je faciliteert workshops, sessies met stakeholders en co-creatiemomenten bij klanten. Je werkt samen met multidisciplinaire teams aan zowel operationele als strategische uitdagingen. Je draagt als medewerker-bestuurslid bij aan de groei van AION Consulting, onder andere door het detecteren van opportuniteiten, het uitwerken van offertes en het versterken van onze dienstverlening. Je volgt markttrends en evoluties in jouw vakgebied op en vertaalt deze naar bruikbare inzichten. Je vertegenwoordigt AION Consulting bij klanten en netwerkmomenten en bouwt duurzame relaties uit met interne en externe stakeholders. Profiel Minstens 1 jaar ervaring in aankoop, strategische sourcing of procurement consulting. Aantoonbare expertise in overheidsopdrachten en uitstekende kennis van de relevante wetgeving. Een masterdiploma handelsingenieur, economie, supply chain, rechten of een andere relevante richting. Sterk analytisch vermogen en de vaardigheid om complexe informatie helder te structureren. Uitstekende communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden. Ondernemend, oplossingsgericht en comfortabel met autonomie en initiatiefname. Ervaring met het beheren van meerdere projecten tegelijk met oog voor kwaliteit. Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels met vlotte beheersing van Frans als bijkomende troef. Ervaring met projectmanagement, digitale procurementtools of procesmodellering is een pluspunt.
