🚀 Data Analyst - Data Migration & Mapping (Hybrid - Brussels)Location: Brussels, Belgium (hybrid)Seniority: SeniorContract type: Long-term project💡 About WISR HUBWISR HUB connects businesses with the world’s top tech consultants in Cybersecurity, Cloud, DevSecOps, Data & AI.We partner with medium to large organizations to scale digital teams quickly and securely.Our services include tailored consulting matchmaking, on-demand sourcing for urgent projects, and full management of contracts, compliance, and onboarding.We believe in Smart Matching, Sharp Talent, and Strong Delivery, ensuring the right expert is delivered at the right time.🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support a large-scale data migration program within the life insurance sector.The consultant will focus on data mapping, data quality analysis, and migration preparation, ensuring a smooth transition from multiple legacy systems into new target platforms.You will work closely with the data mapping and data management teams, supporting end-to-end migration activities and documenting processes with a high level of precision.This is a key role in a high-visibility transformation program.⚙️ Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & MappingAnalyse and map structured and unstructured data from various legacy systems to target platforms.Ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness throughout migration stages.Identify data quality issues and define remediation or mitigation actions.Data Quality & Migration SupportContribute to data quality assessments and monitor non-regression throughout the migration process.Support data migration execution and provide progress reporting to the migration PM.Ensure compliance with architecture, data principles, PMO, SLDC, and regulatory frameworks.Documentation & CollaborationProduce clear and detailed documentation for mapping, quality checks, controls, and data lineage.Build strong working relationships across business, IT, and offshore teams.Support the definition of performance indicators and data quality metrics.🧠 Required Skills & ExperienceEssential5+ years of experience in the Life Insurance industry (mandatory).3+ years as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.Strong proficiency in SQL and experience in AWS environments.Proven experience with data migration or system transformation projects.Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels.Experience working with offshore / nearshore teams.Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.Based in Belgium.Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.Nice to HaveExperience in data warehousing and data governance practices.Advanced MS Office / reporting tool skills.Ability to transform business requirements into clear data rules and mapping logic.👤 Personal QualitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset.High attention to detail, quality-oriented, and structured.Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced transformation environment.🌍 Why JoinContribute to a major data migration program in the insurance industry.Collaborate with experienced data teams in a hybrid/modern environment.High-impact role that directly shapes data quality and migration success.Long-term engagement and visibility with key business stakeholders.📩 Interested?Send your CV to sales@wisrhub.com and let’s discuss your next mission.
