Job Title: Sea Freight Specialist – Antwerp Location: Antwerp, Belgium Salary: €4,500-6,500/ month gross About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Sea Freight Specialist to join our Antwerp team. This role focuses on delivering tailor-made sea freight solutions while managing and growing your own client portfolio. You will combine industry expertise with hands-on client relationship management across international markets. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop your client portfolio (experience with an existing portfolio is preferred). Provide customized sea freight solutions for clients. Travel regularly to visit clients and build strong, lasting relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments. Communicate effectively in English and Dutch. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in sea freight logistics. Strong personal network; a client portfolio is a plus. Fluent in English and Dutch. Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-focused approach. Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.
