Binnen een vooruitstrevend bedrijf dat actief is in de multitechnische dienstverlening, word je als Junior Project Manager mee op pad genomen in een team dat complexe installaties realiseert en onderhoudt. In deze rol werk je mee aan de voorbereiding, uitvoering en opvolging van technische projecten. Je taken als Junior Project Manager HVAC omvatten onder andere:Plannen en coördineren van de projectvoorbereiding, materiaalplanning én werfopstart.Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van technische en financiële dossiers, inclusief begroting en risicoanalyse.Communiceren met interne teams, leveranciers en klanten om projecten volgens tijd, kosten en kwaliteit op te leveren.Assisteren bij het opvolgen van voortgang, documentatie en rapportage zodat je projecten steeds onder controle blijven.Meewerken aan de inbedrijfstelling en overdracht van installaties, zodat de klant een succesvolle oplevering krijgt.Wie zoeken we als Junior Project Manager HVAC ?We zoeken iemand die ambitieus is, leergierig en klaar om in de praktijk te groeien in projectmanagement binnen de technische sector.Je beschikt over een technische of bouwkundige opleiding (bachelor of master) of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.Interesse in techniek, processen en projectmanagement en je wilt graag leren.Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands (en bij voorkeur ook Engels of Frans).Organisatorisch sterk, nauwkeurig én in staat om prioriteiten te stellen.Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken wanneer dat nodig is.Van € 3.200 tot € 4.000 per maand Wat bieden wij jou als Junior Project Manager HVAC ?Een sterke startersfunctie in een technisch uitdagende omgeving, waarbij je begeleid wordt door ervaren projectmanagers.Een competitief salaris dat jouw inzet en groei erkent.Maaltijdcheques en ecocheques als extra voordeel bij dagelijks gebruik.Een hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering , zodat je zorgeloos aan je toekomst kan bouwen.Flexibele werkuren zodat je werk- en privéleven in balans blijven.Toegang tot opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie — een stap vooruit op lange termijn.Een collegiale werkomgeving waar samenwerking, kennisdeling en ambitie centraal staan.Wil je graag in deze rol aan de slag?
