For a large-scale industrial project with international exposure in the Port of Antwerp, we are looking for an Integration Site Facility Manager to take ownership of the testing and integration phase of complex technical systems. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring that all systems come together seamlessly before final deployment. You operate at the intersection of engineering, testing, quality, and stakeholder coordination. Your role As Integration Test Facility Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing integration and test activities within the test facility. You act as the central point between engineering teams, vendors, and project stakeholders. Your responsibilities include: Managing the integration and testing of complex systems within the test facility Planning and coordinating FAT, integration tests, and validation activities Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements Coordinating internal teams, external suppliers, and subcontractors Identifying risks, resolving technical issues, and driving continuous improvement Reporting progress, test results, and deviations to project management Supporting the transition from testing to commissioning and site deployment Your background You bring both technical depth and coordination skills to the table, and you feel comfortable in a complex project environment. You ideally have: A technical background (engineering or equivalent experience) Proven experience in system integration, testing, or commissioning in an industrial environment Experience in a supervisory, coordination, or management role Strong understanding of quality processes, test protocols, and documentation The ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international context Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
