Pricing Analyst

For our client, a fast-growing international high-tech group active in defense, security and industrial imaging, we are looking for a Pricing Analyst / Bids Manager to own product costing, pricing logic and margins for complex, manufactured infrared camera systems. This role is fully product- and production-focused. It is not suited for EPC, plant engineering, construction or one-off project bidding environments. You will work closely with the VP Finance, Sales and Engineering to decide whether offers are economically viable in a context of very long, complex BOMs and recurring/high-volume production. Your Role Own COGS, pricing and margin logic for product-based bids and recurring sales offer Build and validate production cost models for manufactured parts and assemblies, based on long and complex BOMs Define target margins, pricing logic and negotiation limits for repeatable, high volume manufacturing products, , where small cost deviations have significant margin impact. Challenge Sales, Engineering and Operations when production or BOM assumptions are not financially sustainable Lead financial risk reviews and ensure cost and margin assumptions remain valid beyond contract award What we are looking for Background in Pricing, Costing, Product Controlling, Commercial Finance or Cost Engineering Hands-on experience with manufactured products, not EPC or service-based projects Hands-on work with long and complex BOM structures in serial or small-series production environments Strong analytical mindset combined with solid understanding of production and supply chain economics Fluent English, Dutch is a Plus but not required Your Benefits Target total compensation: 85.000 – 93.000€ (base + variable) A key commercial role with real impact on profitability and strategic decision-making in a fast growing high-tech company Close interaction with senior management, including Finance and Sales leadership A high-tech, engineering-driven environment with complex products and long-term projects Long-term development opportunities within a global industrial group Ready for your next step?
