Senior DevSecOps Coach Location: Berchem, Antwerp Start Date: ASAP - long-term, full-time assignment Languages: Dutch & English Remote Policy: 2 days on-site per week About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior DevSecOps Coach for a multi-year, full-time engagement within a future-oriented IT landscape built on the Azure Public Cloud Platform. In this role, you will support DevOps teams in setting up and implementing DevSecOps processes and capabilities. You will build upon existing baselines and guidelines defined by the local Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) and guide teams in adopting structure and best practices. Your mission is to help teams become more autonomous, mature, and resilient, while contributing directly to the organization's IT strategy. Your Responsibilities Provide technical guidance and coaching to DevOps and operational teams on DevSecOps principles and practices Optimize processes by analyzing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing or automating improvements Introduce and promote best practices in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and release management Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to strengthen DevSecOps skills within teams Drive innovation by monitoring DevOps trends and applying relevant evolutions within the organization Your Profile 5–7+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with proven experience in coaching and DevSecOps implementations Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure Cloud, Git, Terraform, and related tools Excellent communication skills, able to interact smoothly with both technical teams and management Strong analytical mindset, solution-oriented, and process-driven Relevant certifications (Azure, DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes, etc.) are a plus Why Join?
