Je komt terecht in een enthousiast en dynamisch team op het medisch secretariaat urologie van AZ Delta. Je werkt voornamelijk in de campus in Rumbeke maar bent daarnaast ook op regelmatige basis actief binnen de campus in Menen.
Wij hebben deze job voor jou
- Op het medisch secretariaat fungeer je als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de patiënten, zowel persoonlijk als telefonisch.
- Je zorgt voor een warm en professioneel onthaal, garandeert een vlekkeloze registratie en maakt de patiënt wegwijs op de dienst.
- Ook telefonisch kunnen patiënten steeds bij je terecht om vragen te beantwoorden of een afspraak in te plannen.
- Je weet deze kerntaak bovendien te combineren met verschillende administratieve taken. Denk hierbij aan het verzorgen van de briefwisseling, het bijhouden van patiëntendossiers alsook het voorbereiden van de facturatie.
Wij kijken uit naar jou
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma (bij voorkeur in de richting medical management assistant) en combineert uitgesproken sterke administratieve vaardigheden met een oprechte interesse in de medische wereld.
- Je hebt graag veel omhanden, kan efficiënt plannen en haalt er voldoening uit wanneer je erin slaagt om een veelheid aan taken op een nauwgezette en kwalitatieve manier af te werken. Je legt de nodige stressbestendigheid aan de dag tijdens drukke periodes.
- Je houdt van sociale contacten, helpt graag patiënten en ondervindt geen moeite om een vriendelijke en warme uitstraling te combineren met een gezonde portie assertiviteit. Kwaliteitsvolle zorg aanbieden staat voor jou centraal.
- Je herkent je in de die AZ Delta uitdraagt en bent een echte teamplayer die echter ook graag en goed zelfstandig kan werken.
- Je bent bereid om naast campus Rumbeke ook op regelmatige basis in campus Menen te werken.
- Gezien je tevens in campus Menen aan de slag zal zijn, kan je je vlot uit de slag trekken in het Frans.
- Je kan je vinden in een wisselend uurrooster met uren tussen 8u ten vroegste en 18u ten laatste. Het concrete uurrooster kan opgevraagd worden via een mail.
