Senior ServiceNow Developer — B2B Contractor (Enterprise Platform) We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer (B2B Contractor) to support a long-term, enterprise-scale ServiceNow program delivered in a managed services model. The role involves real technical ownership and collaboration in an international environment. Scope of work Design and develop ServiceNow solutions (workflows, business rules, scripting, Glide API) Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server) Own and improve ITSM-related implementations Contribute to platform-level technical decisions and best practices Work daily in English with international stakeholders Requirements 4–5+ years of exclusive ServiceNow experience Strong ServiceNow development background Solid ITSM knowledge ServiceNow CSA – mandatory CAD – strongly preferred / expected in the short term Fluent English (spoken and written) German language skills at B2 level (client-facing communication) Availability as a B2B contractor Nice to have Experience with CMDB, CSM, HRSD or ITOM Managed Services or enterprise-scale environments Senior, ownership-driven mindset Important note This engagement is linked to an ongoing enterprise tender process. Contract start and onboarding are subject to the successful completion of the tender phase. The intention is a long-term B2B collaboration.
