About the job:
You will join the NATO Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), responsible for planning and executing all lifecycle management activities for cyber security. NCSC provides specialist cyber security-related services covering the spectrum of scientific, technical, acquisition, operations, maintenance, and sustainment support throughout the lifecycle of NATO Communications and Information Systems (CIS).
We are looking for driven and enthusiastic Senior Service Delivery Managers who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
- Achieve excellence in the delivery of cyber security-focused capabilities, ranging from secure and selective sharing of cyber security and threats information to the delivery of secure workflow, information management, and situational awareness platforms;
- Ensure services are continuously adapted and refined to meet the requirements of decision makers and cyber security specialists on a 24/7 basis;
- Transform existing cyber services to become fast-evolving, data-centric, and resilient capabilities delivering cyber processes and information management in support of the NATO cyber community.

About you:
- Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience, or at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
- Proven 3-year experience as a Service Delivery Manager, IT Service Manager, or similar role;
- In-depth knowledge and experience related to design, implementation, operation, maintenance, and support of modern IT Services;
- Proficiency in incident and problem management methodologies;
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes through the whole service lifecycle;
- Proven experience managing vendor and/or customer relationships;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Note that the work is conducted on site in Mons, Belgium with regular travels to Braine L'Alleud and Brussels.
