Mechanisch projectingenieur

Als Mechanisch projectingenieur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van Saflex productieprocessen, producten en diensten, door middel van het effectief oplossen van bestaande en / of opkomende tekortkomingen, met het oog op een wereldwijde leidende positie.

Dit omvat professionele hulp bij trouble shooting, overdracht van kennis over de afdelingen heen, ontwikkeling van een concept/strategie en uitvoering van efficiënte engineeringprojecten.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyseren, identificeren, ontwikkelen en implementeren van verbeteringen aan apparatuur.
  • Leiden en beheren van engineering projecten, dit van concept tot implementatie. Je doet dit graag in teamverband voor grotere projecten of als projectleider voor kleinere investeringen.
  • Uitvoeren van haalbaarheidsstudies en technische evaluaties als voorbereiding op toekomstige projecten.
  • Technische expertise en bijstand verlenen in geval van acute/chronische tekortkomingen in de werking van de installaties binnen Saflex Manufacturing.
  • Technisch/educatief materiaal voorbereiden en deze informatie aan verschillende groepen presenteren.
  • De "right to operate"-voorwaarden in het Saflex-proces handhaven om de continuïteit van de activiteiten te verzekeren.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van de technologie op het gebied van extrusieapparatuur.
  • Netwerken opbouwen met personen in verschillende functies en locaties binnen de organisatie.
  • Frequent en direct interactie hebben met productie, onderhoud, kwaliteit, engineering, technologie en ondersteunende groepen.
Wat verwacht Eastman van jou als mechanisch projectingenieur?
  • Je hebt een master in werktuigbouwkunde of elektromechanica.
  • Uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Een autonoom, ondernemend persoon die beschikt over elektromechanische engineering vaardigheden & kennis met focus op mechanische en apparatuurverbeteringen van een geautomatiseerde extrusie en verpakkingslijn.
  • Een teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, die zijn technische expertise efficiënt kan overbrengen en in staat is om multidisciplinaire projectteams te leiden.
  • Je bent gebeten door techniek, hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zin voor initiatief.
  • Doorzettingsvermogen om problemen te doorgronden, resultaat- en klantgericht zijn typeren jou.
