Company Description CreativeWorkStudios combines art, brand strategy, and academic research into an innovative, integrated creative practice. By blending agency, think tank, and production studio capabilities, we provide solutions that empower brands to engage with people meaningfully in a dynamic media environment. Role Description You will support the studio team across multiple projects, working primarily on design execution rather than concept development. This includes building pitch presentations using existing templates and instructions, applying CreativeWorkStudios' brand guidelines, and adapting collaborators' brand systems across a range of materials. Your work will span pitch decks, social content, presentation materials, and occasional print or digital assets. You'll be expected to follow direction carefully, maintain visual consistency, and deliver files that are clean, organised, and ready for use. Qualifications You have a solid foundation in graphic design and visual layout, with an understanding of hierarchy, spacing, and typography. You are comfortable taking clear instructions and translating them into accurate, well-executed outputs. You work methodically, meet deadlines, and are able to manage feedback without friction. You are organised, responsive, and comfortable working remotely as part of a small, distributed team. Strong working knowledge of Figma Fluency in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign a plus) Confidence preparing and editing decks in Keynote and Figma Ability to work within brand guidelines and templates Familiarity with preparing files for both digital and print outputs Practicalities This is a freelance, remote role with ongoing collaboration potential, depending on project flow. You will work closely with senior designers and the core studio team, with clear briefs and regular check-ins.
