Een dynamische KMO, gespecialiseerd in de productie van ambachtelijke industriële patisserie , maakt deel uit van een grote retailgroep. Ter ondersteuning van de verdere groei zijn wij op zoek naar een quality coordinator. Als onze nieuwe Kwaliteit- en Veiligheidscontroleur Voeding ben je de expert die toeziet op de correcte naleving van alle regels inzake kwaliteit en veiligheid. Dit doe je door een breed scala aan controles uit te voeren, zoals op de juiste toepassing van hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels, het monitoren van Kritische Controle Punten (CCP's), en het controleren van productgewichten en etikettering. Je rapporteert op vlak van kwaliteit aan de Kwaliteitsmanager. Daarnaast neem je de cruciale rol van Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 op , waarbij je proactief voorstellen van veiligheidssystemen aan het management doet. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van deze veiligheidssystemen en het verzekeren van een dynamisch risicobeheersingssysteem binnen de wettelijke normen. Dit omvat het in kaart brengen van potentiële gevaren en risico's en het implementeren van preventieve maatregelen hieromtrent. Op vlak van veiligheid rapporteer je aan de General Manager. Je functioneert ook als People Manager door gemakkelijk toegankelijk te zijn voor meldingen over risico's/inbreuken i.v.m. kwaliteit en veiligheid op te nemen en actief de positieve dynamiek tussen de teams te bevorderen door middel van vlotte informatieoverdracht. Je sensibiliseert betrokken medewerkers bij vaststelling van inbreuken op de voorgeschreven regels en staat in voor de opvolging van correctieve acties van de vastgestelde inbreuken op de werkvloer Je beschikt minimum over een Bachelor diploma. Ervaring in kwaliteitszorgsystemen binnen de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt. Je beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 óf bent bereid deze bijscholing te volgen. Je hebt een passie voor het uitvoeren van contoles waarbij je collega's motiveert om het beter te doen. Je werkt graag gestructureerd, bent nauwkeurig in de rapportering en handelt besluitvaardig op de werkvloer. Je stelt je flexibel op vlak van aanwezigheid voor het uitvoeren van controles. Je communiceert vlot in verschillende talen (Nederlands, Frans en Engels) Een boeiende job in een groeiend bedrijf. Een competitief loon aangevuld met extra voordelen.
