We groeien snel en blijven innoveren. Recent namen we Sheepblue over, een AI-gebaseerde tool voor personeelsplanning in complexe omgevingen zoals productie en logistiek. Om deze integratie en verdere ontwikkeling te realiseren, zoeken we een Senior Software Developer die een trekkersrol opneemt binnen ons planningsteam. Wil jij meebouwen aan slimme personeelsplanning en complexe integraties? Lees dan zeker verder Als Senior Developer ben jij de motor achter de ontwikkeling en integratie van onze planningoplossingen. Je werkt aan Sheepblue (Java/Kotlin + Angular) én zorgt voor een naadloze koppeling met onze Protime-suite (MyProtime in .NET Core). Concreet betekent dit: Je ontwikkelt nieuwe features en verbetert bestaande functionaliteiten in Java/Kotlin (backend) en Angular (frontend). Je zorgt voor integratie met MyProtime (.NET Core) en bouwt API’s die data correct voorbereiden voor onze AI-planning engine. Je denkt mee over architectuur en draagt bij aan een robuuste, schaalbare oplossing. Je werkt volgens moderne principes zoals DDD, TDD, Event Sourcing en CQRS . Je neemt een trekkersrol op: je zet het team op spoor, werkt “leading by example” en bewaakt clean code. Je bent een verbindende factor tussen teams en deelt kennis actief (soms als “traveler” naar andere teams). Jouw skills en mindset Ervaring: Minimaal 4 jaar relevante ervaring in softwareontwikkeling. .NET (C#) en interesse in Java/Kotlin . Pluspunten: Ervaring met AI-gestuurde systemen, kennis van integratieprojecten. Je hebt een analytische mindset , werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief. Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen in een team. Je hebt een master of sterke bachelor en een passie voor architectuur en clean code . Wat bieden wij jou? Brutoloon: tussen €3.500 en €4.600 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring.
