Pour l’un de nos partenaires industriels (secteur agro-alimentaire) situé à Leuze-en-Hainaut, Talent-UP recrute un·e Business Analyst / Product Owner ERP.Votre mission : analyser et optimiser les processus métiers, piloter les projets d’évolution ERP, coordonner les parties prenantes et porter une dynamique d’amélioration continue.Vos responsabilités clés• Expert ERP : rôle de référent·e fonctionnel·le, diagnostic et résolution d’anomalies, pilotage des partenaires, rédaction de la documentation fonctionnelle.• Analyse & optimisation des processus : recueil et challenge des besoins métiers, modélisation AS-IS / TO-BE, proposition d’améliorations continues.• Business Analysis : analyse des besoins fonctionnels, identification des écarts (fit/gap) avec l’ERP, suivi des développements avec les intégrateurs, garantie d’alignement avec la stratégie d’entreprise.• Testing & qualité : conception et exécution des tests, coordination des tests métiers, sécurisation des mises en production.• Gestion de projets ERP : planification, coordination des équipes internes/externes, pilotage des risques et des dépendances.• Product Ownership : construction et priorisation de la roadmap ERP, arbitrages, gestion du backlog, pilotage des releases.• Accompagnement des utilisateurs : formation, coaching, support de proximité, diffusion des bonnes pratiques.Profil recherché• Formation supérieure (idéalement universitaire) à dominante business/ingénieur/IT/sciences.• ≥ 4 ans d’expérience en analyse fonctionnelle IT, idéalement autour d’un ERP (ex. finance, supply, production, logistique…).• Expérience en environnement industriel agro-alimentaire (atout majeur).• Excellente communication orale & écrite, sens de la synthèse et de la pédagogie.• Aisance dans l’animation d’ateliers, la clarification des rôles et la coordination multi-métiers.• Rigueur, orientation process & résultats, goût pour la conduite du changement.• FR courant + EN professionnel (le NL est un atout).Nous offrons• Un CDI au sein d’une entreprise familiale en forte croissance, reconnue pour la qualité de ses produits.• Un environnement à taille humaine, collaboratif, où l’initiative est encouragée et l’épanouissement professionnel soutenu.• Un rôle à impact, au cœur de la transformation des processus et des systèmes.• Un package attractif et des opportunités de développement (formation, montée en compétence).Intéressé·e ?Envoyez votre CV (PDF) et disponibilités à :job@talent-up.be
